Yasukane Matsumoto was born in Toyama, Japan in 1984. After graduating from Keio University, he joined A.T. Kearney. While working on cost-cutting projects there, he found there were huge inefficiencies in the printing industry.He founded raksul Inc. in 2009 with the ambition to bring innovation to the printing industry.In 2013 he launched raksul, an e-commerce business specializing in printing and making effective use of printing companies’ idling time. Then in December 2015 he started hacobell, a sharing economy service for delivery.With the vision “Better system, better world.”, he is challenging to revolutionize the enormous existing industry structures by utilizing the Internet.
